Frequently Asked Questions

What time can I check in and out?

The standard check-in time is between 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM. We understand that this may not always be possible. If you would prefer to check in at a different time, we can discuss what is feasible. Send us a text message with your name, check-in date, and your request.

Check-out is possible until 11 a.m. After that, we need time again to prepare the apartments for the new guests.

What are the arrival and departure dates

You can check in on any day (except public holidays). The minimum number of nights to book for the reservation is two. During certain periods, such as public holidays and the Christmas holidays, the minimum number of nights may be different.

From what age do children pay?

Children aged 3 and older pay €10.00 per night for the stay. Children aged 1 and 2 are considered infants and are free of charge.

With how many people can we maximally stay in an apartment

The apartments are suitable for a maximum of 8 people aged 3 and over. There are 8 beds per apartment. Per group of 8 people, children under 3 years of age can be included.

Do we have to bring our own sheets and towels

No, don't worry, we provide the bed linen, towels and tea towels. We also make the beds for you.

Are there any additional costs such as cleaning fees upon arrival or departure?

Everything is included in the price. So you don't pay any extra cleaning costs, you don't pay for bed and bath linen either. You also don't have to pay extra for the wifi. All this is already included in the price you paid.

How can we check in or where can we pick up the key?

We personally check in our guests. This way, we have the opportunity to show and explain everything and answer any questions. We can also give tips about the area. Therefore, it is also important to know the correct check-in time so that we can be there on time to check you in. Please let us know by text message what time you will be arriving.
